Q: Do I need to buy the materials myself?

No. We bring samples to the consultation and handle ordering, delivery and installation.

Q: How do you waterproof a shower in Florida?

We waterproof the entire shower with a membrane or liquid system such as Schluter Kerdi, RedGard or Hydro Ban, seal every corner, seam and fastener, and flood test the pan before any tile is set. In this climate a shower that was only partly waterproofed will find you eventually, usually as mold behind the tile.

Q: Will my house be a mess?

We cover floors, contain dust, and clean the work area at the end of each day. The rest of your home stays livable.

Q: Can you just replace the shower or tub?

Yes. Plenty of our work is a single change, like a tub to shower conversion, rather than a full remodel.

Q: Do you help with accessibility?

Yes. Low thresholds, walk-in tubs, grab bars and seating are common requests, and we can design around mobility needs.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, and we pull the permits a job requires. Ask us at the consultation and we will show you.

OUR SCOPE OF WORK

Seven stages, none of them skipped

Demolition and site prep

Full tear-out of the old bathroom: tile, drywall, tub and fixtures. We cover floors, seal the room with dust barriers, and haul every bit of debris away.

Rough plumbing and electrical

Water lines and drains rerouted, shower valves set in the wall, toilet flange placed, GFCI outlets, exhaust fan, and wiring for LED mirrors, heated floors or a smart toilet.

Framing and substrate

Walls squared and boarded in cement board or Schluter Kerdi-Board, a shower pan built with proper pre-slope to the drain, plus built-in niches and benches.

Waterproofing

The step that matters most in Florida. Membrane or liquid waterproofing across the whole shower, every corner, seam and screw sealed, and a flood test before a single tile goes on.

Tile and stone

Porcelain, marble or mosaic set true, mitered 45 degree edges, and your choice of cement or epoxy grout, with 100 percent silicone at every moving joint.

Finish plumbing and electrical

Tub, vanity and countertop set, shower trim and fixtures fitted, toilet installed, then LED mirrors, lighting and finish plates.

Glass and final details

Frameless glass measured and installed, towel bars and accessories mounted, and a full move-in clean before we hand the room back.

Custom porcelain sinks, cut from your own slab

We fabricate basins by hand from the same porcelain slab as your walls and floor, so the veining runs straight through the room instead of stopping at the vanity. Every edge is mitered and finished in our own shop, then installed as part of the build. Because we make them ourselves, the size, depth and drain position are yours to choose rather than whatever a catalogue happens to stock.
